Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement
By engaging our services, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. These terms apply to all multimedia services including, but not limited to: website design, artificial intelligence services, graphic design, branding, digital media creation, and video production.
2. Scope of Services
Services may include website design and development, graphic design, AI-assisted content or automation solutions, video editing and production, branding, and other digital media services. Specific deliverables will be outlined in the individual Client Proposal or Service Agreement.
3. Project Timeline
Project timelines vary based on scope, client responsiveness, and content delivery. Estimated timelines will be provided at the project’s inception. Delays in receiving required materials, approvals, or feedback may result in an extension of the completion date.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials required for the project—including text, images, branding assets, and login credentials—in a timely manner. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all provided materials are either owned by them or properly licensed for use.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, a non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Work may be paused or final deliverables withheld if payments are overdue.
6. Revisions
A specific number of “Reasonable Revisions” may be included as defined in the project agreement. Revisions or major changes requested beyond the original scope will incur additional fees at our standard hourly rate.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted ownership rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their project. The Service Provider retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, or case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or alternative arrangement is in place.
8. Third-Party Services
Projects may incorporate third-party tools (e.g., plugins, hosting, AI software, stock imagery, or fonts). The Client is responsible for all associated licensing fees, subscriptions, or usage costs unless explicitly stated otherwise in the proposal.
9. AI-Assisted Services
Certain services utilize Artificial Intelligence for content generation, design support, or automation. While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated elements may require human review. The Client is ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving the accuracy and legality of all final content.
10. Website Maintenance and Support
Unless specifically included in a monthly service package, ongoing maintenance, security updates, hosting management, and technical support are not provided after the project is marked complete. These services require a separate agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for any damages, lost profits, or business interruptions resulting from the use of delivered materials, website downtime, third-party service failures, or unauthorized changes made by the Client or third parties after delivery.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement if the other party fails to fulfill their contractual obligations. Any work completed up to the date of termination must be compensated according to the agreed payment terms.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect and maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider operates.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By approving a proposal, submitting payment, or officially engaging services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
